Terms of Service

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate contact details so we and the trucks can reach you about your orders.

When you place an order, the price shown at checkout is the amount charged. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. Trucks set their own menus, prices, prep times, and whether they offer pickup or delivery.

Vendors are independent businesses responsible for their menus, food safety, fulfillment, and applicable taxes. FoodieToGo provides the ordering and payout platform and a per-order platform fee applies.

Do not misuse the platform, attempt to defraud trucks or customers, or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
