Refund Policy

We want every order to go right. Here is how cancellations and refunds work on FoodieToGo.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order before the truck starts preparing it for a full refund. Once a truck marks an order as preparing, it may no longer be cancellable because the food is being made.

Something went wrong

If your order was wrong, missing items, or not handed off, contact us within 48 hours at support@foodietogo.com with your handoff code. We will review with the truck and issue a refund where appropriate.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a few business days to appear.

Tips and fees

Tips are passed through to the truck. When a full refund is issued for an order that was not fulfilled, the tip and delivery fee are refunded with it.
