Privacy Policy

Account details (name, email, phone), your orders and order history, your approximate location when you allow it (to show nearby trucks), and device and usage data. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider, not stored by us.

To take and fulfill your orders, show trucks near you, send order updates, prevent fraud, and improve the service. We share order details with the truck you order from so they can prepare and hand off your food.

Payments and payouts are processed by Stripe. Their handling of card data is governed by Stripe's own privacy and security practices.

You can update your details, turn off location sharing in your browser, and request deletion of your account by emailing privacy@foodietogo.com.
